A September 2022 study carried out by PricewaterhouseCoopers for Amorim Cork, which took a forest-to-factory approach (cradle-to-gate), confirmed that taking into account the carbon sequestration of the cork oak forest associated with cork production, each Xpür® Stopper has a balance of - 395g of CO2.
This impressive sequestration capacity often offsets the carbon footprint of the glass bottle.
